Name:
Debby Barry

What is your profession?
I am a life coach/energy worker.

Who are your ideal clients? Who do you heal or help?
I help women who are experiencing the trauma of divorce or widowhood.  My typical clients are consumed with loneliness, debilitated by fear of the future and/or have completely forgotten what they want out of life.

How do you help people?
I help them by creating an environment of safety and understanding first.  Then by creating a safe understanding environment, we develop an easy to follow map that gently moves them forward to success and joy.

What is your typical day like?
Depends on the day – but  I start with my morning routine – which includes meditation and exercise.  I live with my daughter and 3 grandchildren, so I then get my two granddaughters out the door to school.  My grandson is homeschooled – I make sure he is set for his day of studies.
Then it is time to go to my desk.  Review my appointments for the day, answer emails, etc.
Then – one of the best part of my day – I get to speak with my clients.
The end of the day consist of helping with homework, cooking dinner and getting the kids to various activities.
By 8:30, everyone is having quiet time and I get an hour or two for myself.

What makes your job so much fun?
What I absolutely love about my job and what makes me jump out of bed in the morning is watching these lovely ladies go from lost and confused to creating a life that is on their terms filled with joy, love, abundance.  The transformation is amazing!!!

What is your favorite quote?
Destiny changes
Fate changes
Just believe in your inner self
Your dreams
And
Your strength
