Dearest Celestial One:
I believe in God and Angels.
It was not until recently, though, that I started to read more about angels. There’s one angel in particular – Archangel Gabriel – who always fascinated me.
You see, I was not raised in a “church-going” home, so my spiritual teachings have come to me as an adult.
However, when I was a teenager, I heard Sting’s rendition of “Gabriel’s Message” on a Christmas album, and I was immediately intrigued by this “messenger angel.”
Every Christmas, I continued to be moved by this song (though, admittedly, I could not pinpoint why).
Fast forward to February 2016…
I needed a book to read for an airplane trip to New York City, and while perusing Amazon, I found Doreen Virtue’s book, The Miracles of Archangel Gabriel. Without hesitation, I ordered it. It was time to learn why Archangel Gabriel fascinated me.
What I learned from this book was life changing for me. For example, I learned that Gabriel meant “God’s strength,” and that it’s thought that Gabriel was the “First or Chief Messenger.” Archangel Gabriel is one to pray for about conception, pregnancy, parenting and childhood.
And he’s also the helper for human messengers: writers.
Wow, oh wow.
Yes, I am marketing coach. Yes, I teach. But, at the heart of it all, I am a writer. I am a communicator. And yes, I will own this: I am a messenger.
No wonder Archangel Gabriel captivated me so!
My copy of The Miracles of Archangel Gabriel is covered in highlighters and pen scribbles. There are so many nuggets that I wanted to remember, so I began creating graphics. Then I thought: Perhaps you may benefit from these messages too.
Because you see, more and more, I know that I am a Messenger.
So, I share these messages with you. I hope they help and inspire you, just as they have done for me. Feel free to share, copy, save and print. (These images are also available on my “Archangel Gabriel” pin board.)
Lots of love,
