When You Don’t Have The Energy For Marketing by Jill Celeste

When You Don’t Have The Energy For Marketing

When You Don’t Have The Energy For Marketing by Jill CelesteHave you ever felt like you don’t have the energy for marketing? As I write this blog post, we are in the deep throes of the coronavirus pandemic, and for empaths, this is an energetically trying time.

Even if you’re not an empath, chances are you’re experiencing a wild ride of emotions. We are grieving lots of losses. We wouldn’t be human if we weren’t feeling something.

As female entrepreneurs, we have different energetic pulls. If you’re a mom, you have your kids to worry about. If you’re in a relationship, you have a partner to consider. If you have aging parents, you are concerned about their health. Add in clients, sales prospects, community members, politicians, and everyone else in your circle – and your cup is probably running over.

This week, let’s have a real look at marketing and your energy levels.

The Right Marketing Answer Doesn’t Exist by Jill Celeste

The Right Marketing Answer Doesn’t Exist

The Right Marketing Answer Doesn’t Exist by Jill CelesteIf you’re like many entrepreneurs, you are constantly in search of the “right answers” to your marketing questions. I get it: You want to make sure you are marketing correctly. You don’t want to waste your time or money. You want to get it right.

As you search for the right answers, you waffle. You get “analysis paralysis.” And you wait for the perfect time to get done with whatever marketing you want to get done.

And you may even abandon whatever marketing question you have because you can’t get the answer soon enough, or you begin to doubt yourself, or something new and shiny comes along.

Does this sound familiar at all?

If so, please know you are normal, and that I can help you. Read this week’s marketing strategy to learn why there aren’t really any “right marketing answers.”

How To Overcome The Fraud Factor

How To Overcome The Fraud Factor by Jill CelesteWhat is “The Fraud Factor”? It’s a common mindset block for female entrepreneurs and can show up in many ways:

  • Feeling like you have less experience, education, or credentials than others in your industry
  • Wondering “who do you think you are” giving out advice when your own business/life/relationship is a hot mess
  • Second guessing why anyone would want to work with you when they can work with Mr. So and So.

Do these sound familiar? Chances are you’ve felt at least one of these fraud factor conditions during your entrepreneurial journey.

The Fraud Factor can be debilitating – for your mindset and marketing.

To get loud, you must realize that “who do you think you are” message is your Ego, trying to keep you safe and small.

In this week’s marketing strategy, I will give you tips on how to bust through the Fraud Factor block and become more visible in your marketing.

Using Your Marketing Platform For Social Good by Jill Celeste

Using Your Marketing Platform For Social Good

Using Your Marketing Platform For Social Good by Jill CelesteNo matter the size, your marketing platform can not only be used to grow your business; it can also be used for social good.

I define “social good” as a charitable or civic cause that you align with, whose purpose is to make the world a better place. On a larger scale this could include organizations such as the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and Doctors Without Borders, to smaller groups such as your local food bank or home for runaway teens.

As a female entrepreneur, I bet you have causes you are passionate about, but you may not have considered how you can help your favorite causes through your marketing platforms.

You may also have been timid about mixing your business with your causes. What would your ideal clients think? Will it hurt your business?

We’ll tackle all of your questions in this week’s marketing strategy. My intention is to encourage you to use your marketing platform for social good – all as a way to shine your Light even brighter in this world. Let’s begin!
