Can you ever take a vacation when you’re a business owner? Absolutely! In fact, you should.
You can’t pour from an empty cup, and going on vacation is a great way to refill.
Here’s a fun fact: The day I publish this marketing strategy, I will be on vacation. And I know that I can “safely” leave my business alone for five days because I have prepared my business accordingly.
Admittedly, it’s scary to unplug from your business, especially when you’re a solopreneur. However, with the right systems in place, you can do it (I am living proof!).

Wish lists aren’t just for the holidays! All entrepreneurs should have wish lists. It’s good to verbalize what you would like to have in your business or personal life.
You can make a “wish list” in written form, or you can get creative and make a vision board. If you love Pinterest, consider making an Entrepreneurial Wish List pin board too.
Keep your wish list visible at all times, and celebrate when you achieve an item.

Whether you love the feel of a book in your hand or enjoy listening to audio books during your workout, don’t forget to add inspirational books to your wish list. What you consider “inspirational” will be unique to you – it doesn’t always mean self-help or a biography.
